ABOUT US

We are a gender justice-focused advisory and capacity-strengthening firm that partners with organizations, movements, and institutions to drive social change across Africa and beyond.

We are rooted in African values of community, solidarity, care and collective power.

We create powerful spaces and strategies that strengthen movements, sharpen advocacy, and build collective leadership. Through transformative training, facilitation, research, and strategic support, we help teams deepen their impact and shift power toward communities most affected by inequality.

Our Vision

A world where communities across Africa and beyond lead with care, courage, and collective power, transforming systems of oppression into structures of equity, justice, and shared wellbeing.

Our Mission

Strengthen the leadership, strategy, and collaboration of those driving social change through transformative training, facilitation, research, and storytelling.
